Because that’s our guiding principle, our Infinite Purpose. As a fifteen-year-old – filling recycled jam jars with Body Smooth at my mum’s kitchen table – I knew I wanted to create a beauty brand with a conscience, a force for global good. And now, with our invention of improved, sustainable packaging; our creation of new organic formulas; and our funding of education and planet-protective initiatives across the world, not only have these ambitions come full circle, but they’ve become a reality. As we look to the future, we need to harness hope and embody brightness. We take such delight in knowing that our beautiful products can bring a little ray of sunshine to your day, in so many ways. Perhaps a sheen of highlighter is enough to shape your morning, or the idea of funding a child’s education when you restock your bathroom cabinet makes the corners of your mouth curl up into a smile? With Tropic, your small, daily actions catalyse real, widespread change. From creating luxurious organic formulations to planting forests in the UK and opening new schools in Madagascar and Nepal, we’re never going to stop getting better, being better. But to be at our best, it’s also important to recognise how far we’ve come! We’re so proud of our achievements, and I can never thank you enough for supporting Tropic at every step. I’m so excited to share our greener, rebranded packaging and upgraded, organic formulations with you – they surpass anything we’ve done before, so they might just cost that little bit more. Please be patient with us (even this guide can’t keep up with how quickly we’re evolving!). That’s why our products can only be purchased directly from our website or from a member of our Ambassador family. The majority of our Ambassadors join Tropic because they love using our products (93%*), it’s as simple

as that. They find themselves recommending products to their friends and family, and then it naturally grows into a business from there. We’re very proud of our business model and how we’re able to connect with our customers on a personal level every day, thanks to our Ambassadors. Just like our products and ethics strive to lead the way in the beauty industry, we want the way our business is run to do exactly the same. That’s why when you shop with one of our Ambassadors, you know that you’re supporting an individual's business. You’re also receiving a personal shopping service tailored to you.
